The water level electrode can be debugged by computer and secondary meter. During debugging, check whether the parameters such as tank height, empty space and range are set correctly.

1 When the liquid level to be measured is at the zero position, adjust the zero position of the meter so that its output signal is 4mA.

2 Fill the tank with the liquid to be tested and when the liquid level rises to the full range, adjust the range of the meter to make its output 20 mA.

3 Change the height of the liquid level. After the liquid level is stable, use a steel ruler to measure the height of the liquid level. The value obtained should be consistent with the indication of the meter, otherwise, continue to check and verify.
